Pilferz is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects local buyers, sellers, lenders, and renters. We provide the platform for users to list items, communicate, and arrange exchanges. Pilferz does not take possession of listed items or facilitate payments directly.

Pilferz is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for transactions between users, the quality of items listed, or any damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes.
